Who handles your data
1‰ (Milluvia) is provided by Xiamen Baiheng Technology Co., Ltd. This policy covers records, accounts, sync and weather in 1‰. For privacy questions, contact support@baihengtech.com.
Records & cloud sync
You can record habits, journals and growth without signing in. With sync enabled, habits, saved entries with their photos and videos, monthly reflections, your tree and linked plans are sent to the 1‰ cloud. Drafts do not sync. Signing in does not upload existing records automatically; you choose whether to add them to your account.
Baiheng account & links
Apple sign-in verifies your identity. Your Baiheng account shares your nickname, avatar and linked products. Only you can see your ID.
Apple Health
Connect Apple Health in habit settings to read steps, mindfulness, sleep or exercise time. Each habit uses one source. We do not write to Apple Health. Results are saved as habit records and uploaded only when account sync is enabled. Disconnect at any time; saved records remain.
Health sync for this account
Health connections are enabled individually, separately from account backup. Water shares actual cup counts; other habits use actual source data. Goals stay independent, repeated sync never adds duplicate credit, and friendships are not shared.
Pause sync and delete
Turning sync off stops automatic updates and keeps saved records. Sign out or delete this product’s cloud account on the account page. Friend sharing is managed in each product’s friend settings.
Photos, videos & reminders
Only photos or videos you select are read for covers, avatars or entry attachments; entry attachments upload when sync is enabled. Reminders are delivered by your device and can be disabled in habit or system settings. Other recording features remain available if you decline these permissions.
Location & weather
Weather uses approximate location only after you enable it, to obtain weather via Apple WeatherKit and look up the city. Location is not added to your Baiheng account or 1‰ cloud sync, and there is no continuous background location tracking. You can turn weather off and clear its weather and location cache at any time.
Purpose & security
Data is used for recording, authentication, sync and support. Network transfers use encrypted connections; account credentials are protected by system secure storage. 1‰ does not use advertising tracking, sell personal data or use private records for advertising profiles. Keep your device and Apple account secure.
Access, correction & deletion
In the app, you can edit or delete habits, entries and your avatar. The account page lets you pause sync, sign out devices or delete your 1‰ cloud account. Cloud account deletion does not delete HealthLight, your Baiheng ID or other product data, or erase records retained on this device. Unsynced content may be lost if you uninstall the app or lose your device.
Product feedback
Feedback sends only your form, optional contact details, app version, language and platform. No journal, health records, photos or account details are attached automatically. Content is encrypted in this product’s service for support and improvements. Contact support with your receipt to request deletion. Drafts stay on this device until you send them.
Retention & policy updates
Data is retained as needed to provide the service. Deleted cloud content is no longer used for normal service; restricted backups, security audits or legal obligations may require separate retention. Send privacy requests to our support email. Policy changes are posted here; new data uses will be explained separately.
