1‰ is provided by Xiamen Baiheng Technology Co., Ltd. for private habits, journals and plan reviews. You retain rights to your content; we store and process it only as necessary to provide the sync service you choose.
Your records, your pace
Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not use the service to harm others or disrupt systems. Your account is protected by Sign in with Apple; do not share credentials. You choose your goals, frequency and rest.
Plans & growth
Plan progress reflects completion over the selected period, not a score of your ability or health. The tree is visual feedback based on recorded actions and time, not a scientific measurement. Water and exercise templates and the HealthLight introduction are not medical advice.
Offline & sync
You can keep recording offline. Once online, accounts with sync enabled can upload changes. The app asks you to choose when changes from multiple places need review. Before deleting, uninstalling or changing devices, confirm that the content you need has synced.
Service & contact
Network, system permissions and device conditions can affect weather, reminders or sync. Contact support from Help if you run into a problem; we use feedback to fix and improve the app. This notice does not reduce your legal rights.
