HealthLight 默认在本机保存记录。只有当你使用 Apple 登录并启用云同步，或明确同意使用云端 AI 时，对应的有限数据才会发送到白珩科技控制的服务。原始 HealthKit 样本不会默认同步。我们不出售个人或健康数据，不将它们用于广告追踪。
HealthLight stores records locally by default. Limited data is sent to Baiheng-controlled services only when you sign in with Apple and use cloud sync, or explicitly consent to cloud AI. Raw HealthKit samples are not synced by default. We do not sell personal or health data or use it for advertising tracking.

HealthLight 本地数据与云同步
本地数据：HealthLight 会在你的设备上处理训练、饮食、身体反馈、情绪、每日回顾、经期、饮水、提醒与偏好，以及你授权读取的 Apple Health 指标。
HealthLight Cloud：当你使用 Apple 登录并进行云同步时，训练、饮食、身体反馈、情绪、每日回顾、经期和饮水记录及删除标记可以上传到云端，用于本人跨设备恢复。我们不会默认上传 HealthKit 中的原始样本流。
账户与设备：服务器会保存经 Apple 验证的稳定用户标识、HealthLight 账户及会话标识、随机设备编号、App 版本、语言、时区和地区代码，以完成身份验证、同步、安全防护和支持。HealthLight 的 Apple 登录不请求姓名或邮箱，也不会获得你的 Apple ID 密码。
HealthLight processes your records locally. After Sign in with Apple, cloud sync can store training, nutrition, body feedback, mood, reflection, menstrual-cycle and hydration records for your own cross-device recovery. Raw HealthKit sample streams are not uploaded by default. HealthLight requests neither name nor email from Sign in with Apple; stable account and device identifiers, app version and coarse locale context are processed for authentication, sync, security and support.

云端 AI 会处理什么
云端 AI 是可选功能。当你明确同意并主动发起云端深度报告、趋势解读或图片分析时，HealthLight 可以发送你输入的文本、语音转写、选择的饮食照片，以及生成该次分析所需的当日和近期上下文。上下文可包含步数、心率、HRV、训练、饮食、饮水、身体反馈和天气线索。本地 Smart Log 不调用云端 AI，也不消耗云端额度。
语音在设备上转成文本，HealthLight 云端当前发送转写文本而不是原始音频文件。饮食照片只在你选择图片分析时发送。
白珩科技的 AI 网关负责身份验证、额度、请求去重、模型路由和资源消耗统计。当管理员配置深度求索（DeepSeek）或其他已披露的模型服务时，该次有限内容会交由对应服务商处理。如服务商、用途或跨境路径发生实质变化，我们会在启用前更新说明。
Cloud AI is optional and runs only after consent and a user action. It may process typed text, on-device voice transcripts, selected food photos, and the limited daily or recent context needed for the requested report. Local Smart Log does not call cloud AI or consume cloud quota. The Baiheng AI gateway enforces authentication, quotas, idempotency and routing; configured model providers process the limited request under their applicable terms.
Apple身份与购买
Apple 登录与订阅是两条独立链路
Apple 登录用于确认 HealthLight 云账户的稳定归属。服务器验证 Apple 签发的身份令牌，以稳定用户标识而不是邮箱作为主身份。
App Store 订阅由 Apple 处理付款。HealthLight 服务器只处理经 Apple 签名的交易信息，包括产品、原始交易链标识、与 HealthLight 账户关联的随机 UUID、有效期、撤销状态和 Apple 标记的交易环境，用于判断 AI Pro 权益和额度。我们不处理完整银行卡号。
Sign in with Apple identifies the HealthLight cloud account; it does not prove a subscription. Subscription access is determined separately from Apple-signed App Store transactions, including product, original transaction chain, account UUID, expiry, revocation, and Apple-marked transaction environment. Apple handles payment details.
旧版iCloud 清理
旧版 iCloud 健康备份过渡
HealthLight 不再创建或更新包含个人健康信息的 iCloud 备份。由于旧版本曾提供该功能，过渡版本可能暂时保留访问旧 CloudDocuments 文件的能力，仅用于让你检查并主动删除旧备份，不会写入新健康数据。
当存量清理周期完成后，我们会移除这项过渡能力。
HealthLight no longer creates or updates iCloud backups containing personal health information. A transition release may temporarily retain access only so you can inspect and explicitly delete the legacy CloudDocuments file; it never writes new health data there.

App 环境信息：HealthLight 可能随反馈提交 App 版本、iOS 版本、设备型号、语言和随机请求编号，用于定位兼容性问题。
网站与安全信息：官网表单会提交当前页面路径和语言。服务器在接收请求时会处理 IP 地址与浏览器或 App 的 User-Agent，用于限流、防滥用和生成散列安全标识。原始 IP 不写入反馈业务记录；基础设施可能在受限安全日志中短期处理网络元数据。
We process the selected product and category, your message, optional contact details, limited app environment data, source page, language, and network security signals needed for abuse prevention. Raw IP addresses are not written to feedback business records.
02不会自动附带的信息
反馈功能不会自动带上什么
反馈请求不会自动附带 HealthKit 数据、心率、HRV、血氧、睡眠、经期、训练、步数、位置、照片、通讯录、广告标识符、Apple ID 密码或支付信息。
如果你在留言正文中主动填写上述内容，我们会按你提交的文本处理。为了保护自己，请不要提交密码、密钥、支付信息、身份证件或敏感健康原始数据。
The feedback request does not automatically attach HealthKit data, biometrics, location, photos, contacts, advertising identifiers, Apple ID credentials, or payment information.
03处理目的
我们为什么处理这些信息
用于提供本地健康管理、身份验证、跨设备同步、AI 分析、订阅权益与额度、设备互通、客户支持、安全防护和产品改进。仅有聚合后的使用量、成功率、错误率和资源消耗信息用于服务运营分析；不使用 HealthKit 或个人健康内容进行广告、营销或跨产品画像。
反馈数据用于接收和确认留言、按产品与类别归档、重现和修复问题、回复你主动提出的请求、分析常见需求，以及防止垃圾信息和接口滥用。反馈业务库不与 HealthKit 数据库合并。
We process data to provide local health management, authentication, cross-device sync, requested AI analysis, subscription entitlements and quotas, device interoperability, support, security and product improvement. Aggregated service metrics may be used for operations; health content is never used for advertising or cross-product profiling.
04AI 辅助
AI 辅助归类的边界
留言提交时不会调用 AI。后台配置模型服务后，经过认证的管理员可以主动启动归类或摘要，受控的定时任务也可以整理待处理留言；此时只会发送产品、渠道、类别、提交时间、反馈编号、内部处理状态以及留言正文或节选。
归类请求不会附加独立的姓名、联系方式、组织、设备信息或网络安全标识。但如果你主动把这些信息写进留言正文，它们会随正文处理，因此请不要在正文中填写敏感信息。
反馈中心默认支持深度求索（DeepSeek）模型服务；只有配置有效密钥并由管理员或受控定时任务触发时，上述有限内容才会发送到该服务。如实际启用其他第三方服务商，我们会在启用前更新本页。AI 归类失败不会删除已保存的留言。
Feedback submission never calls AI. After a model provider is configured, an authenticated administrator or a controlled scheduled task may trigger triage or a digest. Structured identity, contact, organization, device, and network security fields are excluded, but personal details typed into the message itself remain part of that message. The feedback center supports DeepSeek as its default model provider.
05存储与保留
保存位置与期限
HealthLight 云账户、同步记录、订阅权益和必要的 AI 用量记录由白珩科技控制的受限基础设施处理。AI 输入、饮食照片和原始健康上下文不写入日常用量统计；为防止重复请求与重复扣减，服务可在短期内保存请求编号和结果副本，到期后清除副本并仅保留不含健康正文的计费与安全记录。
反馈由受限管理后台处理；反馈状态更新、AI 归类、匿名化与删除等敏感操作会留有审计记录。反馈数据库每 6 小时创建一次受限灾难恢复备份；校验通过后会用离线公钥加密，并将仅含密文的副本复制到另一受控主机，解密私钥不保存在任一服务器。本地与异机备份均最长保留 30 天后自动轮换。从主数据库删除的信息可能在备份中继续存在至该轮换期结束，期间不用于日常分析。
HealthLight account, sync, entitlement and limited AI usage records are processed on restricted Baiheng-controlled infrastructure. AI inputs and photos are not written to routine usage analytics. A short-lived response copy may be retained only for request idempotency, then removed while non-content billing and security records remain. Feedback disaster-recovery backups run every six hours; verified copies are encrypted with an offline public key and replicated as ciphertext to a separate controlled host. The decryption private key is on neither server, and all copies rotate within 30 days.

你的选择与权利
你可以在 HealthLight 内撤回 AI 同意、退出云账户或请求删除 HealthLight Cloud 账户。删除账户不会删除你的 Apple ID，App Store 订阅的取消与退款由 Apple 的订阅管理界面处理。如你仅退出登录，本机记录不会在未经确认的情况下被自动删除。
你可以不填写联系方式提交反馈，但这不等同于完全匿名：服务器仍会生成用于限流和防滥用的散列安全标识。若你希望查阅、更正、复制或删除与自己有关的信息，或撤回后续联系意愿，请通过联系页提交隐私请求。
请尽量提供产品、反馈类别、大致提交时间和留言片段；如曾留下联系方式，也可用它帮助定位记录。为避免把他人的信息交给错误的人，我们可能需要合理核验请求人与记录的关联。
我们会在适用规则要求的范围内处理请求。
In HealthLight you can withdraw AI consent, sign out, or request deletion of the cloud account. Account deletion does not delete your Apple ID or cancel the App Store subscription. You may submit feedback without contact details, but a hashed security identifier is still generated for abuse prevention. Use the contact page for access, correction, copy, deletion, or contact-preference requests.
