本条款适用于白珩科技官网、产品反馈，以及 HealthLight App、Cloud、云端 AI 与 AI Pro 订阅。These terms cover the Baiheng website and feedback services, plus the HealthLight app, Cloud, cloud AI, and AI Pro subscriptions.

本服务由厦门白珩科技有限公司（“白珩科技”“我们”）提供。下载、访问或使用适用服务，即表示你同意本条款与我们的隐私政策；如不同意，请不要使用相应服务。未满所在地区法定年龄的用户，应在监护人同意和指导下使用。
The services are provided by Xiamen Baiheng Technology Co., Ltd. By downloading, accessing, or using a covered service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Users below the applicable legal age should use the services with a guardian's consent and guidance.

云端 AI、云同步与购买 AI Pro 使用“通过 Apple 继续”确认账户归属。
Cloud AI, cloud sync, and AI Pro purchase use Sign in with Apple to establish account ownership.

Metrics, trends, and AI explanations are general wellness information, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

HealthLight 不是医疗器械。任何评分、压力估计、恢复建议、提醒和 AI 输出都可能不完整、延迟或不准确，不应据此自行诊断、停药或延误就医。
如出现胸痛、呼吸困难、意识异常、自伤风险或其他紧急情况，请立即联系所在地急救服务或合格专业人员。设备、Apple Health 与传感器数据可能受佩戴方式、权限、采样频率和硬件限制影响。
HealthLight is not a medical device. Scores, stress estimates, recovery guidance, reminders, and AI output may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not use them to self-diagnose, change medication, or delay professional care. Contact local emergency services for urgent symptoms or safety risks.

账户与 Apple 服务
Apple 登录用于建立 HealthLight Cloud 的稳定账户。你应保护自己的设备、Apple 账户和系统认证，不得尝试冒用、出售、转让或共享他人的云账户或订阅权益。
Apple Health、Sign in with Apple、App Store 与 Apple Watch 由 Apple 提供并受其条款约束。HealthLight 不获得你的 Apple ID 密码，也不处理完整支付卡信息。
Sign in with Apple establishes a stable HealthLight Cloud account. You are responsible for securing your device and Apple account. Apple Health, Sign in with Apple, the App Store, and Apple Watch are Apple services governed by Apple's terms.
AI Pro订阅与额度
订阅、续费与额度
AI Pro 通过 App Store 自动续期订阅销售。价格、试用（如有）、计费周期与本地税费以购买确认页为准。Apple 会在当前周期结束前按其规则续费；你可以在 Apple 账户的订阅管理中取消，取消后通常可使用至已付周期结束。
免费账户每滚动 7 天可使用 1 次共享云端深度报告。AI Pro 每日最多 10 次云端分析，每个订阅计费月 120 credits；日报、趋势和周报分别消耗 1、2、4 credits。服务器验证的有效权益与额度账本是访问云 AI 的依据，客户端显示仅供查看。
退款、账单问题和取消由 Apple 处理。删除 HealthLight 账户不会自动取消 App Store 订阅。
AI Pro is an App Store auto-renewable subscription. Free accounts receive one shared cloud deep report per rolling seven days. AI Pro allows up to 10 cloud analyses per day and 120 credits per subscription billing month; daily, trend, and weekly reports use 1, 2, and 4 credits. Deleting a HealthLight account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

云端 AI 仅在你主动请求并同意数据处理后运行。模型可能产生错误、遗漏或看似合理但不真实的内容。你应根据原始数据与实际情况独立判断，不要把 AI 输出作为医疗、法律、财务或其他高风险决定的唯一依据。
我们可以在不降低已付周期核心权益的前提下，调整模型、路由、防滥用规则和合理的技术限制。服务商或数据处理方式发生实质变化时，我们会按适用规则更新披露并在需要时重新征得同意。
Cloud AI runs only after a user request and consent. Models may produce errors or fabricated statements. Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for medical or other high-stakes decisions. Material provider or processing changes will be disclosed as required.
使用公平与安全
可接受使用
你不得绕过认证、额度、限流或安全控制；探测、攻击或干扰服务；自动批量抓取；上传恶意代码；侵犯他人隐私或知识产权；提交违法、欺诈、骚扰或冒用内容；或把个人订阅转售为第三方服务。
为保护用户和系统，我们可以拒绝明显恶意请求、暂时限制异常流量，或在合理调查后暂停严重违规的云账户。不会因此删除未被你授权上传的本地设备记录。
Do not bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits, or security controls; attack or disrupt the service; automate bulk extraction; upload malware; violate privacy or intellectual property; impersonate others; or resell a personal subscription.
权利内容与知识产权
内容与知识产权
你保留自己提交记录和反馈内容中的合法权利，并授权我们在提供、保护、支持和改进相应服务所必需的范围内处理这些内容。你应确保有权提交相关内容。
HealthLight、StatusLight、NewsLight、白珩品牌、软件、界面、文档与相关技术中的权利归白珩科技或其许可方所有。本条款不转让商标、源代码或其他知识产权。第三方产品、服务与商标归各自权利人所有；本条款或产品页面中的兼容性说明不构成合作、赞助或背书。
You retain lawful rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service. Baiheng products, brands, software, interfaces, and documentation remain owned by Baiheng or its licensors. Third-party products, services, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; compatibility references do not create affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
可用性变更与责任
可用性与责任限制
我们会努力保持服务可靠，但网络、设备、Apple 服务、模型服务商、维护、安全事件或不可抗力可能造成中断。除适用法律另有强制规定外，服务按现状提供，我们不保证永不中断或所有输出完全准确。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任；任何不能依法排除的责任仍按适用法律执行。本条款不限制消费者依法享有且不能放弃的权利。
We work to keep services reliable, but networks, devices, Apple services, model providers, maintenance, security events, or force majeure may cause interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
终止删除与更新
删除、终止与更新
你可以停止使用服务，并在 HealthLight App 内删除云账户。删除云账户不会删除 Apple ID，也不会自动取消 App Store 订阅。我们可在安全、法律或严重违规需要时限制云服务，并会在合理可行时提供说明或申诉渠道。
我们可能更新条款以反映功能、法律或安全变化。重大变化会更新生效日期并在需要时另行提示。争议按适用法律处理；双方应先尝试通过支持渠道善意解决。
You may stop using the service and delete the HealthLight cloud account in the app. Account deletion does not cancel App Store subscriptions. Material term changes will carry an updated effective date and additional notice when required.
