This service is provided by Xiamen Baiheng Technology Co., Ltd. ("Baiheng Technology", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing or using the applicable services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy; if you do not agree, please do not use the corresponding services. Users who are under the legal age in their region should use it with the consent and guidance of their guardians.

The services are provided by Xiamen Baiheng Technology Co., Ltd. By downloading, accessing, or using a covered service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Users below the applicable legal age should use the services with a guardian's consent and guidance.

HealthLight's local health, training, diet, Watch, Widget and local Smart Log do not require the creation of a cloud account.

Health Information and Safety

HealthLight is not a medical device. Any scores, stress estimates, recovery recommendations, reminders, and AI output may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and should not be relied upon for self-diagnosis, discontinuation of medication, or delay in seeking medical attention.

If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, abnormal consciousness, risk of self-injury, or other emergencies, please contact local emergency services or qualified professionals immediately. Device, Apple Health, and sensor data may be affected by wearing style, permissions, sampling frequency, and hardware limitations.

HealthLight is not a medical device. Scores, stress estimates, recovery guidance, reminders, and AI output may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Do not use them to self-diagnose, change medication, or delay professional care. Contact local emergency services for urgent symptoms or safety risks.

Accounts and Apple Services

Apple Sign-in is used to set up a stable account with HealthLight Cloud. You should protect your devices, Apple accounts, and system authentication, and you should not attempt to impersonate, sell, transfer, or share others' cloud accounts or subscription rights.

Apple Health, Sign in with Apple, App Store, and Apple Watch are provided by and subject to Apple's terms. HealthLight does not obtain your Apple ID password, nor does it process full payment card information.

Sign in with Apple establishes a stable HealthLight Cloud account. You are responsible for securing your device and Apple account. Apple Health, Sign in with Apple, the App Store, and Apple Watch are Apple services governed by Apple's terms.

AI ProSubscription and quota

Subscription, renewal and quota

AI Pro is sold through the App Store as an auto-renewable subscription. Prices, trials (if any), billing cycles and local taxes are subject to the purchase confirmation page. Apple will renew according to its rules before the end of the current period; you can cancel it in the subscription management of your Apple account. After cancellation, you can usually use it until the end of the paid period.

Free accounts are entitled to 1 shared cloud in-depth report every rolling 7 days. AI Pro has a maximum of 10 cloud analyzes per day, and each subscription billing month costs 120 credits; daily, trend, and weekly reports consume 1, 2, and 4 credits respectively. The valid equity and quota ledgers verified by the server are the basis for accessing Cloud AI, and are displayed on the client for viewing only.

Refunds, billing issues and cancellations are handled by Apple. Deleting your HealthLight account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription.

AI Pro is an App Store auto-renewable subscription. Free accounts receive one shared cloud deep report per rolling seven days. AI Pro allows up to 10 cloud analyses per day and 120 credits per subscription billing month; daily, trend, and weekly reports use 1, 2, and 4 credits. Deleting a HealthLight account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

The boundaries of cloud AI

Cloud AI only operates after you actively request and consent to data processing. Models may produce errors, omissions, or content that may appear reasonable but is untrue. You should make independent judgments based on raw data and actual circumstances, and do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial or other high-risk decisions.

We can adjust the model, routing, anti-abuse rules and reasonable technical restrictions without reducing the core rights of the paid period. When there are substantial changes in service providers or data processing methods, we will update the disclosure in accordance with applicable rules and obtain new consent when necessary.

Cloud AI runs only after a user request and consent. Models may produce errors or fabricated statements. Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for medical or other high-stakes decisions. Material provider or processing changes will be disclosed as required.

You may not bypass authentication, quotas, current limits or security controls; detect, attack or interfere with services; automatically batch crawl; upload malicious code; infringe on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others; submit illegal, fraudulent, harassing or fraudulent content; or resell personal subscriptions to third-party services.

To protect users and systems, we may deny obviously malicious requests, temporarily restrict unusual traffic, or suspend cloud accounts for serious violations after reasonable investigation. Local device records that you have not authorized to upload will not be deleted.

Do not bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits, or security controls; attack or disrupt the service; automate bulk extraction; upload malware; violate privacy or intellectual property; impersonate others; or resell a personal subscription.

Content and intellectual property

You retain your legal rights in submitting records and feedback content, and authorize us to process these content to the extent necessary to provide, protect, support and improve the corresponding services. You should ensure that you have the right to submit relevant content.

The rights in HealthLight, StatusLight, NewsLight, Baiheng brand, software, interfaces, documents and related technologies belong to Baiheng Technology or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer trademarks, source code or other intellectual property rights. Third-party products, services and trademarks are owned by their respective rights holders; compatibility statements in these Terms or product pages do not constitute cooperation, sponsorship or endorsement.

You retain lawful rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service. Baiheng products, brands, software, interfaces, and documentation remain owned by Baiheng or its licensors. Third-party products, services, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; compatibility references do not create affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

AvailabilityChange and Responsibility

Availability and Limitation of Liability

We strive to keep our service reliable, but disruptions may occur due to network, device, Apple services, model service providers, maintenance, security incidents, or force majeure. Except as otherwise mandated by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or that all output will be completely accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses; any liability that cannot be excluded by law shall still be governed by applicable law. This clause does not limit the rights that consumers have by law and cannot be waived.

We work to keep services reliable, but networks, devices, Apple services, model providers, maintenance, security events, or force majeure may cause interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Delete, terminate and update

You can stop using the Service and delete your cloud account within the HealthLight App. Deleting a cloud account does not delete your Apple ID or automatically cancel your App Store subscription. We may restrict cloud services when required for security, legal or serious breaches, and will provide explanation or appeal channels when reasonably feasible.

We may update the Terms to reflect functional, legal, or security changes. Significant changes will have an updated effective date and will be notified if necessary. Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law; both parties should first attempt to resolve them in good faith through support channels.

You may stop using the service and delete the HealthLight cloud account in the app. Account deletion does not cancel App Store subscriptions. Material term changes will carry an updated effective date and additional notice when required.
