The feedback form at the bottom of the product page will automatically bring the source of the product. HealthLight users can also submit directly at the bottom of the "My" page of the App, and a delivery confirmation will be displayed upon success.

HealthLight's local health view, training, diet, body feedback, reminders, Apple Watch, desktop widgets and local Smart Log can all be used normally without requiring a registered email address or name.
The App will only ask to "Continue with Apple" when using Cloud AI, Cloud Sync, or purchasing/restoring AI Pro for the first time.
Local HealthLight features remain available without an account. Sign in with Apple is requested only for cloud AI, cloud sync, or AI Pro purchase and restore.
Apple sign-in only confirms who the HealthLight Cloud account is. AI Pro is valid, with servers independently verifying App Store signature transactions, expiration dates, grace periods, refunds, and revocation status.
If you change devices or reinstall, please log in with the same Apple first, and then click "Restore Purchase" on the AI Pro page. The App Store Media & Purchases account is responsible for purchase records and may be different from the iCloud login status.
Sign in with Apple identifies the HealthLight cloud account; it does not prove a subscription. The server separately verifies App Store transactions. After reinstalling or changing devices, sign in to the same HealthLight account and use Restore Purchases.
Free accounts are entitled to 1 shared cloud in-depth report every rolling 7 days. Local Smart Log does not consume cloud credit.
AI Pro has a maximum of 10 cloud analyzes per day, and a total of 120 points per subscription billing month. Daily, trend interpretation, and weekly reports consume 1, 2, and 4 points respectively. The App only displays "Today's remaining" and "This month's remaining", and the server account book is the final basis.
If the model call fails, the system will release the reserved quota; retrying with the same request number will not cause repeated deductions.
Free accounts receive one shared cloud deep report per rolling seven days. AI Pro allows 10 cloud analyses per day and 120 credits per subscription billing month. Failed provider calls release reservations, and idempotent retries do not charge twice.
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. You can cancel automatic renewal by opening Apple's subscription management page; cancellation usually does not immediately remove benefits for the paid period. Refund requests are reviewed by Apple.
Deleting your HealthLight account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. Please manage your subscription as needed before deleting your cloud account.
Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refund requests. Deleting a HealthLight account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Confirm that the device is connected to the Internet and uses the same Apple login to enter HealthLight Cloud. The first synchronization will first completely pull the cloud, and then upload local records to prevent old devices from overwriting the cloud.
在“我的 > HealthLight Cloud" to view the last sync time and retry manually. Do not repeatedly sign out of different accounts on two devices; HealthLight blocks local records from one account from being uploaded to the other.
Confirm connectivity and the same Sign in with Apple account. First sync pulls the cloud history before uploading local records. Use My > HealthLight Cloud to review status and retry.
打开“我的 > Apple 账号 > "Delete this App account". The App will first request to delete the cloud account; if the server deletion fails, the local data and session will be retained to facilitate trying again.
After the deletion is successful, the App will clean up the local records and settings, and try to delete the iCloud backup file created by the old version 1.1.2. This action does not delete your Apple ID or cancel your App Store subscription.
Use My > Apple Account > Delete App Account. If cloud deletion fails, local data and the session remain so you can retry. Successful account deletion does not delete the Apple ID or cancel an App Store subscription.
Please clearly describe the product, the page where the problem occurred, the operation you just performed, the actual results and the expected results. HealthLight is available with app version, iOS version, device model and language, but feedback does not automatically come with HealthKit, heart rate, HRV, period, location, photo or payment information.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, IDs, complete payment information, or sensitive health raw data. If you need to take a screenshot, first cover up what you don't want your team to see.
Include the product, screen, steps, actual result, and expected result. Never send passwords, API keys, identity documents, payment details, or sensitive raw health data.
